Machine frame structure and main characters :
1).Solid square steel frame: Panel 30mm thick after polished , use 60*60*5mm and 80*80*6mm steel tube to make the fixed frame , the foundatione use 120mm × 120mm teel tube, back transmission gearbox are widened for easy repair. Floor board will be 18mm thick. The main frame panel adopts six-sided high-precision plane grinding and module design to ensure the stability of high-speed operation.
Adopt stainless steel covering the machine surface, better appearance and much cleaner.
2).Adopt noise reduction in the transmission side frame of the whole machine.
2 sets of Crusher system:
1) Upright pulp frame, equipped with auto lifting system, convenient for loading and uploading pulp, the diameter of pulp should be ≤1400mm
2) Crusher, horizontally feeding, adopted with sawmill, can crush untreated, half treated and treated pulp, pulp width is ≤480mm, the capacity of crusher motor is 45+30KW, bursting strength of pulp is ≤1200kpa, crush ability about 800kg+600kg/hour
2 sets of fluff forming system,continuous fluff forming drum(diameter ~1500mm):
1) Fluff is continuously formed, diameter of drum former is around 1500mm.
2)Use etched stainless steel mesh, better fluff forming and low risk of SAP blocking.
3)The negative pressure of mesh wheel adopt with side suction way, enlarge suction area, to make the fluff strong and soft
4)SAP spray into forming wheel and mixed together with fluff (SAP distributed more in middle layer and less in upper and bottom layer)
